The Plus Addons for Elementor is built in such a way that unless you enable a widget or feature, no code will be added, so if you use just one widget, code for that widget will load nothing else.
In case you have enabled multiple widgets but using only a few you can easily disable all the unused widgets.
To do this, go to The Plus Settings > Plus Widgets.
Click on the Scan Unused Widgets button.

Then click on the Save button.
