Frequently Asked Questions
Does this work with each Widgets from The Plus Addons and Elementor?
Yes. We have included compatibility with All possible widgets of Default Elemetor, Elementor Pro and The Plus Addons for Elementor. Some Repeater Based and Unique Widgets might not be compatible technically. We also have added compatibility with Forms Such as Caldera forms, Contact form 7, Everest Form, Wp Forms and Elementor Pro’s Form on Submit button to track Leads. Note : In forms, It will trigger on submit button not based on verification of form details.
What will be considered as a trigger to pass the event in widgets?
All Links of widgets in “a tag” will be considered as a trigger. When someone click on link, It will fire an event and store that in analytics.
Some widgets have multiple a tag due to repeater, How It will track?
If your widget will have repeater and multiple links, You will get same event triggered for each link. Because, We have one event details for whole Widget.
Do I need to call Tracking JS in Header or Body?
You can add your Pixel Code/Tracking ID in The Plus Settings -> Extra Options. When you add your ID there, Our plugin will add code automatically in required places (header and/or body). If you already have added those tracking code in your header/body, You need to keep field empty to avoid double load of JS.
